• Positive Pressure Therapy ( CPAP, C-Flex, Bilevel Pressure) is cornerstone of therapy for patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea • Oral appliances are useful in selected group of patients with mild to moderate OSA if they cannot tolerate Positive Pressure therapy • Upper Airway Surgery including newly described Pillar procedure are very good for snoring and for mild sleep apnea. Surgery should be considered in selected patients or in patients who can not tolerate positive pressure therapy • Appropriate follow up after any modality of therapy is very important after therapy for OSA is initiated to assess efficacy of treatment. |
