ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING NORTH WEST OHIO – SOUTH EAST MICHIGAN SLEEP SOCIETY May 13, 2006 Maumee, Ohio
	Meeting was called to order by Navin Jain, President of Society 12:20 PM. President’s Report was presented.  Process of Conference for 2006 was discussed and plans for 2007 conference mentioned.  Input was requested from membership regarding what society should be doing, improving web site and topics fro conference. James Spacek presented information about membership benefits.  He also emphasized needs for recruiting more members for society to continue to provide services.  He also discussed results of survey regarding society’s role, function and web site. James Kusina presented Financial report (see below) for year 2005. Michael Neeb announced date for Sleep Conference for 2007 – Friday May 18th 2007 at St. Luke’s Hospital Auditorium. Michael Neeb also announced election process for 2007.  The elections will be held at 2007 annual conference.  More information will be available on web site later in the year.  Any individual who wants to run and vote for election of officers must be current member at time of election (have membership for year 2007-8).  Detailed information is available in Bylaws of Society on Web site.
